Motorcycle Fuel Tracker
Record each fill-up for the right motorcycle, then turn your own odometer, fuel and cost entries into a useful history. MotoVault keeps the log clear while showing consumption, cost per distance and monthly fuel spending.
- 1Log the fill-upSave the date, fuel volume and the details you recorded.
- 2Calculate useful figuresUse full-tank intervals to work out consumption from your entries.
- 3Follow the historyReview fill-ups, totals and monthly costs for that motorcycle.
Keep a fuel log that is useful later
A receipt on its own rarely tells the whole story. A MotoVault fuel entry always records the fill-up date and volume, and can also include the odometer reading, total cost, currency and station. Mark whether the tank was filled completely so the entry can be used correctly in consumption intervals.
The result is a chronological fuel history for the motorcycle instead of disconnected notes and receipts. Entries without an odometer reading still count towards fuel-volume and cost totals; MotoVault simply leaves them out of calculations that require distance.

Understand fuel consumption from your own entries
MotoVault calculates from the values you record; it does not connect to the motorcycle or estimate missing odometer readings. This keeps the result traceable to the fill-ups in your log.
Average consumption uses the distance and fuel recorded between full-tank entries with increasing odometer readings.
Fuel from partial fills between two full tanks is accumulated into that interval rather than treated as a separate consumption result.
View consumption as L/100 km, km/L, US MPG or UK MPG, with distance and fuel volume displayed in your chosen units.

Fill-up history and totals
Review every saved fill-up with its date, odometer, volume, full- or partial-tank state, station and cost where supplied. Summary figures show total fuel, average consumption and cost per distance when the required data is available.
Monthly fuel costs
The fuel view groups recorded volume and cost by month and can show individual years or the combined history. If entries use different supported currencies, MotoVault converts aggregate statistics to the account currency before adding them together.
Use photos to prepare a fill-up draft
Instead of typing every visible number, you can submit photos of a receipt, pump display or odometer for analysis. MotoVault can suggest details such as the date, fuel amount, total cost, station, mileage and currency in the new-fill-up form.
Photo analysis is an aid, not unattended record creation. The proposed values, confidence warnings and fields needing attention are shown for review; you decide what to keep or replace before saving the fuel entry.
One fuel history for each motorcycle
Fuel entries belong to the motorcycle you selected, so figures from different bikes are not mixed together. When your plan supports more than one motorcycle, each keeps its own fill-ups, consumption statistics and cost history.
Fuel records beside the wider ownership history
A fuel log answers a different question from a service record, but both are easier to use when they stay with the same motorcycle. MotoVault also organizes maintenance work, schedules and supporting service records.
